I am Professor in the Computer Science Department at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. I finished at the end of 2008 my PhD in Computer Science at the Universidad de Chile, under the supervision of Professors Sergio F. Ochoa and José A. Pino. My research focused on providing a Framework (patterns + components) for supporting development of collaborative application in mobile work contexts. My research areas are Software Engineering and Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW).

I am from San Juan (Argentina) and I am living in Santiago (Chile) since 2003. In San Juan, I worked on research and development in the Institute of Energía Eléctrica (IEE) and the Institute of Computer Science (IdeI), Universidad Nacional de San Juan. Currently, I am researcher member SIGSE (Special Interest Group on Software Engineering - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and CARL (Collaborative Applications Research Laboratory - Universidad de Chile).
